A wonderful Santa Claus Pat for our holiday party
Santa Claus Pat did a wonderful job for our annual holiday party. He entertained the kids, mingled with the attendees, and posed for photos with the kids and adults. He has been our Santa on numerous occasions and always does a great job. I would highly recommend Santa Claus Pat for your holiday occasion.

Absolutely made our holiday party the best
Santa Pat provided a fantastic experience for our unit holiday party. He enhanced our party with the happiness and holiday cheer he provided. The children were ecstatic to see Santa and get gifts from him. The adults also enjoyed taking pictures with him. He did an amazing job of bringing joy and smiles to everyone. So happy we found him for our event

Awesome Santa

This guy is the real deal, the kids loved him (so did the adults)! He was very patient with all the children, taking his time with each child and engaging with the mommies of the scared children, so they were still able to get pictures

If Booked thru GigSalad then their terms otherwise this is the Refund policy: 

Should it become necessary for client to cancel this booking a cancellation fee will be charged:
- For cancellations more than 90 days before the event, a refund of the Retainer, less 25% of the total booking fee;
- For cancellations between 61 and 90 days before, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking fee;
- For cancellations between 14 and 60 days before, the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total booking fee;
- For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to event, the full amount of the booking fee is due. 

Minimum time:

Bookings of 30 minutes or less are limited to Private single-family home visits. 

All other Corporate or private residence, in-home, parties are a minimum one-hour. 

Special events are a minimum two-hour booking.
Exceptions are at the discretion of Pat Shirk. 

Arrival Time:

For Special Events, performers will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to appearance unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement.
Requests to arrive more than 15 minutes, for walk-thru or rehearsals, will be billed at 50% of the applicable rate.
 

Milage: All rates quoted above include mileage if less than 25 mins from Bowels & C470. Additional fees added based on travel times.

Costumes: All costumes are standard Holiday Dress. Special entertainer or costume requests are at the client's cost, should be made in advance to Pat Shirk. 

Performers: Pat Shirk reserves the right to substitute performers of equal type and value at any time. 

Breaks and comfort: 

- Due to the nature of our performer’s traditional outfits, it is necessary that they have periodic breaks and that their performance location be cool and comfortable, we recommend 65 -70 degrees. 

- A break of ten minutes after each full hour of work is requested, and in no instance, shall any performer be required to work longer than 90 (ninety) minutes without a break.
 

- If indoors or outdoors in a warm environment, client will supply a fan for the performer and appropriate breaks will be necessary as per health and safety regulations.

- It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. 

Appearance Termination: 

Should any activities at the event venue, create a volatile, or harmful situation that may endanger the talent; or be of a nature unbecoming or negative to traditional Christmas/Holiday activities; or if there is any presence of illegal substances or activities; Pat Shirk and/or Talent has full rights to immediately terminate appearance and leave or remove his person from the venue.

Furthermore, the client will still be liable for the full value of the contract. 

Photos: All photos taken of our performers, whether by individuals or professional photographers, are assumed to be for private or personal use of the client/s and their guests and may not be used for commercial or promotion use without written permission of the performer and Pat Shirk.
